- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are typically shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time are typically shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
If a product is unopened and remains in its original packaging, contact us before sending it back. Return requests must be reviewed and approved in writing before an item is mailed to us. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
